One of the most important pieces of this effort is our redesigned website, which is currently undergoing a full rebuild to increase clarity, function, and accessibility.

A streamlined directory, improved navigation, and upgraded event pages, including the Sioux Empire Home Show, Parade of Homes, and Showcase of Remodeled Homes, will create an intuitive, inspiring experience for all visitors. Each enhancement reflects the excellence, craftsmanship, and innovation our members bring to their work every day.

Investing in Workforce Development and Industry Awareness

This refreshed brand also deepens our commitment to education and workforce development, an area where the need continues to grow alongside our region. Our updated identity aligns with strategic initiatives that elevate industry awareness, highlight high-value career paths, and introduce students to the wide range of opportunities within construction-related fields.

To take this mission further, we are launching a revitalized outreach program that meets the next generation where they already are. Through bold new investments in digital platforms, addressable display, social media, SEM, YouTube, and Connected TV, along with other outreach tactics, we will share stories, insights, and real-world examples that reveal the creativity, technology, and advancement shaping today’s building industry. This isn’t simply advertising, it’s a movement to spark curiosity, build awareness, and empower future talent to imagine themselves in our industry.
