Lunch & Grow Sponsorship

For a $500 sponsorship fee, any HBASE member can host a Lunch & Grow event for other members to attend at the HBASE office. Events will be held once a month between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm with a 45-minute minimum. The hosting member is responsible for providing food and drinks of their choice.

For the success of the event, we ask for a team marketing approach. HBASE will provide the sponsor’s logo or company name on the following materials:

  • Weekly membership emails
  • Social media
  • Event website
  • HBASE monthly newsletter
  • E-invite

The event cost for members and affiliates is $15 per person. Non-members are welcome to attend for a $50 event fee.

HBASE staff will order food, sponsoring company will pay invoice
Would you like to design the e-invite and ad or have the HBASE staff design the e-invite and ad?
We ask for designs 60 days prior to the event

This agreement is between the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire and the company named above. The company named above seeks to be a sponsor for the event noted on this form. The company agrees to pay the association the sponsorship fee noted above for the privilege.
