Initial Registration Deadline Noon @ HBASE (entries are accepted through August 11 at noon - additional $50 late fee per entry applies)

 

Items due: Participation Agreement, Entry Form, Homeowner's Participation Agreement, Program Information form and materials, insurance certificate (add HBASE as additional insured), entry fee(s), $50 late fee (if registered after noon on Friday, August 4), sign deposit - $200/home

Friday, August 11

Last day to enter / withdraw entries Noon @ HBASE - after noon, no refunds

 

Final deadline for submitting Home Ideas program information - Project description, company info, company logo, before photo(s)

August 14-16

Professional ‘After’ Photoshoots with Home Ideas. These dates may be extended depending on the number of entries received. Home Ideas will contact your company directly to set up a time to take photos.

Participants proof Home Ideas listing (HBASE will email in AM) Due by noon Sept 8

Friday, September 8

Deadline to proof Home Ideas information for participants By Noon

Pick up event materials at HBASE (yard signs, directional signs, homeowner bouquets, etc…) 9:00AM-5:00PM @ HBASE

SHOWCASE OF REMODELED HOMES & OUTDOOR LIVING SHOWCASE Noon to 5:00PM

Participant Reception at Showplace Kitchens Showroom 5:00-8:00PM

Monday, October 9

Return yard signs, directional arrows, consumer surveys, admission monies by 5:00PM to receive full sign deposit back ($50 deducted from deposit per missing or damaged sign)
